In the month of March, further meetings with Hon. Chris Agius. The last session was the most important session through which the chamber’s representatives submitted the draft document that should assist the government in the formulation of a legal bill with the main objective of the recognition of the profession of the Construction Project Manager. The recognition of the profession is in our opinion a very critical and important aspect, especially within the context of the current Government’s drive to upscale the holistic construction sector. Recognizing and placing our profession within the levels of other equivalent professionals to the sector is key to the improvement of the sector. Our guarantee is that we shall keep on insisting and doing our utmost to get there. Indications so far, although early stages are positive and therefore this augurs well towards progressing in this respect.
