Project Director, Malta

Our client is of one of Malta’s largest leisure companies and seek a Project Director to deliver a multi-million euro hospitality project.

Responsibilities:

        * Provides strategic leadership and technical, operational,
financial, and managerial leadership
        * Meets the stakeholders’ priorities
        * Provides oversight of program implementation
        * Budget development and monitoring, financial transactions
        * execution of project plans, and project performance
        * Oversees the selection and training of qualified program staff and
assign their roles
        * Ensures the project runs on time and in budget
        * Conducts Weekly reviews

Requirements:

        * 15 years’ experience in delivering 200million euro+ hospitality and mixed-use projects
        * Extensive international experience

This is a 24 – 30-month contract with a generous salary and package on offer.
