Senior Cost Manager, Malta

Our Client is an international consultancy undertaking design, cost and project management services and exceeding client expectations in every project.

Due to continued expansion, a Senior Cost Manager is required to act as key point of contact on commercial aspects of projects and provide
excellent service to a range of clients throughout the world.

Responsibilities include:
        * Ensure effective communication with clients, consultants and contractors throughout projects
        * Lead cost management on assigned projects
        * Ensure quality and accurate estimates and cost plans are delivered timely
        * Identify best value solutions for clients
        * Produce pre and post-contract reports
        * Oversee production of BoQ’s
        * Manage tender and procurement stages
        * Manage post contract cost variances
        * Negotiate with contractors and agree final accounts

Talent will:
        * Be qualified Quantity Surveying / Construction professionals with a wealth of experience within the construction sector
        * Preferably hold MRICS status
        * Demonstrate experience in a range of projects
        * Possess a driving license and own vehicle
        * Proven capability with cost and estimating software such as CostX
        * Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
